Rector and Vice-Chancellor of the University of the Free State (UFS), Professor Francis Petersen, will be addressing students at the Bloemfontein campus on Tuesday afternoon from 12:00 to 13:00 as he provides them with updates on the latest developments at the university. According to the university’s spokesperson, Lacea Loader, Prof. Petersen will be talking about the state of the university in general in terms of developments and his plans/vision for the institution. “He has already addresses staff and students on the Qwaqwa Campus, and staff on the Bloemfontein and South Campuses in a similar way,” Loader said in an email on Tuesday morning. Students are encouraged to attend this one-hour long engagement session, which will be held at the Odeion Auditiorium at the Bloemfontein campus.
