Businesses and residents in Bloemfontein’s CBD are to plan ahead for a planned power interruption scheduled to take place on 7 October from 09:00 to 16:00 for maintenance and upgrades on the network.
According to Centlec, this may alternate on 14 October during the same period if the power is not interrupted within an hour of the scheduled time.
In addition, power may be restored without warning at any time so residents are advised to treat all installations as live and dangerous.
