The Welkom Labour Centre will be temporarily closed on 5 and 12 December 2025 due to ongoing renovations.
According to the Department of Employment and Labour in the Free State’s spokesperson,
Teboho Thejane clients in and around Welkom can access services at the Virginia Satellite Office that will be open on 5 and 12 December from 07:30 to 14:00.
Alternatively, clients are encourage to use the department’s online services available online by visiting www.labour.gov.za.
“The Department apologises for any inconvenience caused and appreciates the public’s understanding and cooperation during this period.”
