The Mangaung Metro Municipality (MMM) has notified residents of a planned water supply interruption due to scheduled cleaning and maintenance of reservoirs.
According to the metro, the Pentagon Reservoir will be temporarily taken out of operation during the maintenance period. As a result, areas including Lilyvale, Pentagon Park, parts of Heuwelsig, Dan Pienaar, Northridge, and surrounding suburbs will be affected.
The maintenance is scheduled for Tuesday (21/04) and is expected to last approximately eight hours, starting from 09:00.
MMM has assured residents that water supply will be restored immediately upon completion of the maintenance work.
