Residents in several areas have been advised to prepare for possible water supply interruptions as Mangaung Technical Services undertakes scheduled maintenance on the Pentagon Reservoir this week. The work will temporarily affect supply to multiple suburbs on Wednesday, 22 April 2026 from 09:00 for approximately 8 hours.
The municipality encourages residents to store adequate water for domestic use during this period. “Water supply will be restored upon completion of maintenance works.”
Affected Areas:
• Lilyvale
• Pentagon
• Parts of Heuwelsig
• Parts of Dan Pienaar
• Northridge suburbs and surrounding areas
