Residents in Estoire, Bloemfontein have been without water for the past seven days.This follows the Mangaung Metro Municipality missing a deadline – set for Wednesday at 18:00 – to fix a burst pipe on the N8 outside Thaba Nchu.
A disgruntled entrepreneur in the area, John Thiart says the municipality has failed the community, adding that animals in the area are badly affected.
Attempts to get a hold of the municipality have thus far been unsuccessful.
