As part of Centlec’s continuous maintenance and upgrades on the network, residents from various parts of the city will experience planned power interruptions this week.
Residents are encouraged to treat all installations as live and dangerous, as electricity may return without any warning. If electricity is not interrupted within one hour of the scheduled starting time, please ignore this notice as the scheduled maintenance has been postponed due to unforeseen circumstances.

6 August (09:00 to 16:00): Bergman Square, parts of Lakeview, parts of Grassland, Khayelitsha, Bainsvlei
7 August (09:00 to 16:00): Bainsvlei
