The Manguang Metro Municipality would like to notify residents of an interruption of water supply within the municipal areas of Botshabelo and Thaba Nchu due to a shutdown at Rustfontein Water Treatment Works.
The purpose of the shutdown is for connection of a new pipe to the main pipeline from Rustfontein to Lesaka Reservoir as well as repairs and maintenance on the electrical main substation at Rustfontein.

The shutdown will begin on Tuesday 29 November 2016 at 07h00 and water supply will be restored on Wednesday 30 November 2016 at 19h00.
Water Tankers will be provided as and where required.
All residents, businesses, clinics and consumers are kindly requested to make the necessary arrangements for gathering water for cooking, washing, cleaning, etc for that period.
Mangaung Metro would like to apologise to residents in advance for any inconvenience caused.
