Parkweg Police are searching for four armed robbers in their mid twenties after they allegedly attacked and robbed a woman in the drive-way at her house last night.
A 34-year old woman who is an employee at one of the prominent hospitals in Bloemfontein was arriving at her house in Westdene at 21:30.
She was allegedly attacked shortly after she had parked her car in the drive-way in front of her house by four unknown men who held her at gunpoint while busy trying to open the gate.
The suspects took her inside the house where they ransacked the rooms looking for valuables. They then took her expensive household goods including a micro oven and music system valued at R20 000 and drove away with her silver Ford Fiesta bearing registration DYZ 766 FS.
The victim did not sustain any injuries but is still suffering from severe shock. No arrests have been made and the Parkweg police are still on the look-out for the suspects.
Police requests public assistance with information that would lead to the arrest of the suspects to urgently contact the Parkweg Police Station at 051 507 6000.
