Residents in various parts of the Mangaung Metro are to take note of a planned power interruption today (26/03) from 09:00 to 16:00.
According to Centlec, the interruption is for construction and/or maintenance upgrades on the network.
Areas affected include Bainsvlei, Sophieshoogte, Kenilworth, Oranje, Arcadia and Tempe Airport.
Centlec said that the power could be restored without warning at any time during the shutdown period. Residents are therefore encouraged to treat all installations as live and dangerous.
