Warm Karoo & The Kitchen is hosting a Summer Sunday Picnic with RAAF on 12 November with the riveting folk-rock duo Esté and Lourens.
According to the owner and Managing Director of Warm Karoo & The Kitchen, LeRoux Germishuizen, their venue is ideal for this kind of event as their private countryside estate is a picturesque destination for any open-air event.
“The sprawling green lawns are absolutely perfect for an event like the RAAF Summer Sunday Picnic, with ample space for the children to play while adults are enjoying the show,” said Germishuizen.
He added that attendees can come kick back, relax and enjoy an afternoon filled with top-charting original compositions from RAAF while enjoying the serene atmosphere of Warm Karoo & The Kitchen.
“Putting together the RAAF Summer Sunday Picnic is all about getting the details right. We kick things off by getting the word out and setting up a smooth ticketing process. Then, it’s down to the practical stuff for the day itself. This includes setting up the stage and preparing the lawn for an event,” he said.
“For our picnic events, it is mostly seating and umbrellas. We are doing picnic boxes, beef and chicken burgers with chips as well as chocolate brownies. A cash bar will also be available during the event,” he added.
Tickets are available on Quicket at https://qkt.io/4ibBZh and cost R180 for adults and R90 for children.
