The North West province will commemorate World AIDS Day (WAD) in Lomanyaneng village, Mahikeng on Thursday, 1 December 2016 under the theme: “It is in our hands to end HIV and TB”.
To mark WAD a team of health promoters and community health workers led by Health MEC, Magome Masike, will embark on a door to door campaign to raise awareness, educate the community about HIV/Aids and Tuberculosis in order to strengthen effort towards an HIV negative free generation.
Teams will converge at Lomanyaneng village Sport Ground at 09h00.
