The Huistoe Animal Welfare in Bloemfontein has a made an appeal to the local community for some essentials needed to continue with the work they do.
The animal rescue said as the animals in their care are awaiting to be adopted, there are a few items like dog food, electricity vouchers and cleaning essentials.
“They don’t care if it’s brand new or lovingly used… they just know when they’re warm, full, and safe If you’ve got anything on our wish list lying around — blankets, food, bowls, toys — please consider donating to Huistoe. Every single item makes a difference in a little life.”
Locals who would like to make donation are encouraged to visit one of the drop off points:
