The Mangaung Metropolitan Education District (MMED) held a meticulous event this past weekend, to celebrate the learners and teachers for the excellent performance in the year of 2025.
The MMED and Free State Well Done Functions accordingly, granted recognition to 15 or more Eunice nominees per subject. They have achieved 1st place in six subjects in the district, 1st place in four subjects in the Free State, 2nd place in two subjects in the Free State, and 1st in the MMED and Free State in Afrikaans FAL, English HL, Consumer studies and History. They also ranked 1st place in the MMED and 2nd place in the Free State in Accounting and CAT (Computer Applications Technology).
Eunice High School was also rated in the top 10 performing school in Free State in Mathematics, at the January Well Done function. They obtained the highest bachelor pass in the district being top 5, obtained the highest distinction rate (Quantiles 4-5) with 418 distinctions without papers being revaluated.
