The Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) aim to win the Mangaung Metropolitan Municipality in the next local government elections in August this year.
This is according to EFF’s national Chairperson Dali Mpofu during his election campaign earlier on Monday morning in Botshabelo. Close to a hundred F-Section residents and EFF supporters accompanied Mpofu on his door-to-door campaign.
Mpofu says the EFF will be part of all municipal councils across the province. He also rubbished the provincial government’s program Operation Hlasela, calling it ‘nonsense’.
