Oats and raisin biscuits

| 1kg | butter |
| 1,2kg | brown sugar |
| 8 | eggs |
| 1,1kg | rolled oats |
| 1kg | cake wheat flour |
| 1,7kg | raisins/choc chips |
| 7,5g | salt |
Method
- Cream the butter and sugar very well together. Add the eggs.
- Mix the cake wheat flour, oats, raisins and salt and add to the butter mixture.
- Shape large biscuits with an ice cream scoop and flatten with wet fingers. Can freeze biscuits at this stage. Bake at 180°C till crisp and brown.
