Oats and raisin biscuits

- Cream the butter and sugar very well together. Add the eggs.
- Mix the cake wheat flour, oats, raisins and salt and add to the butter mixture.
- Shape large biscuits with an ice cream scoop and flatten with wet fingers. Can freeze biscuits at this stage. Bake at 180°C till crisp and brown.
