Christmas cookie galore 2 – Oats and raisin biscuits

 Oats and raisin biscuits
(±3 kg yield)

Ingredients
   
1kg  butter
1,2kg  brown sugar
eggs
1,1kg rolled oats
1kg  cake wheat flour
1,7kg  raisins/choc chips
7,5g  salt


Method

  1. Cream the butter and sugar very well together. Add the eggs.
  2. Mix the cake wheat flour, oats, raisins and salt and add to the butter mixture.
  3. Shape large biscuits with an ice cream scoop and flatten with wet fingers. Can freeze biscuits at this stage. Bake at 180°C till crisp and brown.
