For the second weekend in a row the Bloemfontein Children’s Choir blew local audiences away with their beautiful voices.
This morning in a jam-packed Universitas Faith Centre the choirs of two other schools, Oranje Girls School and Jim Fouché, joined the well-known Bloemfontein group on stage.
The event was aptly titled “We sing together”, as the three choirs joined forces to serenade the community in an unforgettable way.
The aim of the event was to show the learners from the abovementioned schools that all their achievements this year have not gone unnoticed. And there was no better way to celebrate this than to have them share the stage with the Bloemfontein Children’s Choir.
The opening act to the concert was Moria van der Merwe who gave a spirited performance with her bells. She was followed by the Louise Fourie Dance Studio who pulled no punches with their “I got a feeling” dance routine.
The morning was filled with song, surprises and different musical instruments. There is no doubt that Bloemfontein is overflowing with musical talent.
