BREAKING NEWS – Cheetahs vs Cardiff Blues postponed by a few hours

The Guinness Pro 14 match between the Toyota Cheetahs and the Cardiff Blues which was scheduled to take place in Bloemfontein on Saturday afternoon has been postponed by a few hours.
This comes as the Welsh outfit had travelled for more than 55 hours to get to Bloemfontein for the crucial fixture.
The team was initially meant to fly out to South Africa from Heathrow in London on Wednesday evening, after departing from Cardiff at noon. The flight to the tip of Africa was cancelled, seeing the teams’ departure delayed by some 20 hours.
Upon arriving in South Africa on Friday morning, their connecting flight to the City of Roses was also delayed. The cause for this is believed to have been a faulty radar on the aeroplane. Only three of the team member few to Bloemfontein on an alternate flight.
Willis Halaholo, Rey Lee Lo and Ethan Lewis are the players who arrived head of their team mates.
The rest of the team members eventually arrived in Bloemfontein at approximately 19:00 on Friday evening. To make matters worse, reports indicated that their luggage did not arrive.
A teleconference took place on Friday evening with all the stakeholders involved, and it was decided that the game should be postponed by 24 hours.
This match will now take place on Saturday afternoon at the Toyota Stadium with kick-off at 18:15.
