A resident reported a water leak persisting for over five days, despite notifying the municipality on Friday, 16 May.
When Bloemfontein Courant’s Justine Fortuin visited the scene, clean water was seen streaming down two streets, stretching over nearly a kilometre.
The municipality had not responded by the time of publication (Thursday, 22 May). The leak was still unattended.
