On Sunday 30 July, three people were lucky to escape without any injury after two vehicles collided in Lucas Steyn Street, Heuwelsig, at around 18:30. According to Arrive Alive spokesperson, Stanley Schimper, both vehicles’ occupants were attended to by paramedics from various services on scene. Traffic was disrupted for some time whilst the scene was cleared. No one was injured in the accident.
Transcript: “Fortunately, no-one sustained any injuries and all were treated on scene for shock by emergency services in attendance, but elected not to be transported to hospital.”
