The Mangaung Metropolitan Municipality has warned residents about a poster circulating on social media that features the face of the city manager, Sello More and discusses potholes across the metro.
The poster titled “How to spot a pothole” compares different types of potholes found across the city and attempts to explain what causes them.
In a statement, the municipality said the poster was not created or shared by the metro and does not form part of its official communication.
Residents are urged to rely on verified communication channels for official notices, updates, and public information.
