Government Employees Pension Fund on a drive to empower in the Free State



Most pensioners aren’t well prepared on the steps to follow when it comes to claiming their pension fund. In addition most pensioners are unaware of their pension benefits.

The GEPF is the largest pension fund administrator in Africa with over 1.2 million contributing members and more than 320 000 pension recipients.

The Fund was established on May 1st in 1996 through the merge of a number of pension funds serving government employees.

The road show will be held on Saturday 21 February at the Botshabelo Indoor Sports Arena in Botshabelo outside Bloemfontein.
