Certain parts of Mangaung were without power for a period today as Eskom instituted load-shedding schedules across the country. The Mangaung Metro Municipality has released the following schedules to help residents better plan for possible load-shedding over the next while.
The Metro has said the schedule is not set in stone but will be implemented as per directive by the head of shift at Eskom Control. Eskom is currently load shedding in stage 2, which requires up to 2000 megawatt to be shed.
