Power utility in the Mangaung Metropolitan Municipality, Centlec, states it is currently experiencing technical problems on its telephone systems.
This is according to utility spokesperson, Lele Mamatu, who told OFM News that these problems have also affected the Centlec call centre, which is currently down. Mamatu said technicians are working to resolve the problem and said that a few temporary measures have in the meantime been implemented.
These temporary measures include the logging of complaints on the Centlec Facebook page or to the following emails: [email protected]; [email protected] or [email protected].
Mamatu apologized for the inconvenience caused and said that further information will be communicated once the issue is resolved.
