Audi Centre Bloemfontein takes national title

Bloemfontein motor dealership, Audi Centre Bloemfontein, has been awarded the prestigious VW Customer Centricity Award for the best customer satisfaction in the Category C Dealership for 2015.
The award was for both the sales and service departments.
For the past three years the Customer Service Awards have been handed to VW/VW Commercial and Audi Dealerships. Only nine awards across these three brands are available to the 165 qualiFull Yearing dealers.
Dealer Functions are arranged for all nine winning dealers to ensure that all staff and management members are recognised for their contribution.
Audi dealerships are categorised into four categories and Audi Centre Bloemfontein won the category Western Cape/Free State and Northern Cape this year.
Dealerships with the top Composite Customer Satisfaction Scores for New Vehicle Sales and Service are awarded. The breakdown for Audi Centre Bloemfontein’s scores for 2015 is as follows: Full Year Sales score 98.2 %, Full Year Service score 96.2% and Full Year Composite score 97.2 %.
This is the second consecutive year that Audi Centre Bloemfontein has won this award.

For the past four consecutive years the Audi brand has achieved the Gold Status Award based on overall customer experience feedback from Audi customers regarding sales and service experience. Audi received a Platinum Award for sustained customer satisfaction in both the Passenger Car Purchasing and Servicing Experience categories, having won gold awards every year from 2012 to 2015.
