Olly Mlamleli was officially sworn in as Mangaung Mayor on Thursday. She is the Mangaung Municipality’s first female Mayor.
Earlier this month, ANC’s National Executive Committee (NEC) member, Naledi Pandor, described her as a capable and seasoned leader.
