At 16h41 on Saturday afternoon Netcare 911 paramedics responded to a collision along Soutpansberg Avenue in the Spitskop area of Bloemfontein.

Reports from the scene indicate that the vehicle lost control on a gravel road and overturned. Paramedics arrived at the scene and found that the crumpled remains of the vehicle came to rest on its wheels in the veldt.
