South Africa has enormous challenges regarding people who work in various fields yet are not correctly skilled.
This is according to Professor Helena van Zyl, the director at the Business School at the University of the Free State (UFS).
The university’s Business School launched a new addition to its field of management programmes under the title, Management Development Programme (MDP) this afternoon.
Van Zyl says this programme will impart knowledge and skills to the 60 staff members of UFS.
UFS has received bursaries sponsored by Services Sector Education and Training Authority (SETA).
