As of (16/03), Centlec announced low power supply at Shannon B resulting in the following areas being affected. Bloemside 6, Bloemside 7 and Bloemside 10.
The utility said their technicians have been sent and are working with dedication to find and solve the problem with immediate effect. Reports on the approximate time will be provided as soon as more information becomes available.
According to Centlec, power may be reinstated without alert during the shutdown period, and residents are urged to treat all installations as live and hazardous.
