Parts of Mangaung quiet as lockdown continues

Residents of Phahameng and Rocklands in Bloemfontein seem to be taking the lockdown seriously, with very few roaming the streets.
Residents who had shopping to do at Kenilworth Spar in Phahameng and Shoprite in Rocklands were standing in long queues, patiently waiting for their turn to enter the shopping centre’s.
In places such as Rocklands and Phahameng in Bloemfontein very few residents could be seen roaming the streets.
Police officers could be seen roaming the streets and stopping taxis that were trying to break the travel regulations. The police, however, said they had the situation under control and that residents were cooperating very well. – Seithati Semenokane
