In a bid to promote well-being, and active participation of older persons in local communities, the office of the premier will on Thursday (2/10) host the provincial Older Persons Dialogue in Bloemfontein.

Under the theme, Dignity, Inclusion, and Quality Services for Our Elders, the dialogue will additionally be a platform where stakeholders will engage on key issues affecting older persons while strengthening collaborative efforts in service delivery and policy advocacy.

Local NGOs, faith-based organisations (FBOs), community-based organisations (CBOs), and government representatives will be attendance.

The event is scheduled to take place as follows:
Date: 2 October 2025 (Thursday)
Time: 09H00
