Donate to Kidz Care Trust and make a child happy this Christmas

The Kidz Care Trust organisation in Bloemfontein aims to transform the lives of children living and working on the street, and this year they need your help to make this festive season a memorable one for the children they assist.

According to Marita van Kraayenburg, children living and working on the streets often only observe the festive season from a distance. She noted that it has more to do with not being able to spend time with family and friends. “They seldom experience the true joy and blessing of Christmas,” she expressed.

That is the reason why the Kidz Care Trust has embarked on a mission to make a difference by encouraging locals to sponsor a child by donating funds as a gift.

“Your Christmas gift will create that sparkle that makes childhood a special time during the festive season and more importantly, your gift will make a difference in the life of a child,” Van Kraayenburg said.

What your donation is worth:

R300 – Buys toiletries, hair and skin care products for one boy
R400 – Pays for holiday outings for one boy (swimming, movies, or the museum)
R500 – Buys a pair of sneakers for one boy
R600 – Buys a gift for one boy
R700 – Buys one outfit for one boy (shirt, pants, or sandals)
R1000 – Pays for a Christmas party with friends and siblings

If you would like to make a donation contact Marita van Kraayenburg on 082 775 2770 for more information. Follow Kidz Care Trust on Facebook for updates.
