The fixtures have been released for the Guinness Pro 14 which will be kicking off on 1 September. For the first time the competition which was based in Ireland, Scotland, Wales and Italy will feature South African teams.
The Toyota Cheetahs and the Southern Kings will become the first South African teams to compete in a major European competition.
For the first 13 rounds the fixtures include the exact dates and kick-off times, will from round 14 to 21 will be confirmed at a late date.
The Cheetahs and Kings will tackle each other in three derbies, with one to be played in Bloemfontein and the other two in Port Elizabeth.
