Renew vehicle licences anywhere in province

As from 2 January 2014, motorists and members of the public in general have been able to renew their vehicle licences anywhere in the province. The recent eNaTis system configurations has made it possible for motorists to renew their vehicle licences anywhere within the boundaries of the Free State. This will improve service delivery to the people as before configurations of eNaTis system, the renewal could only be done in the town or city in which it was originally issued.
Motorists are required to renew their vehicle licences every year before they expire. If they fail to renew their licences they will be liable to pay late licensing penalties and arrears. Licences for buses must be renewed every six months because their certificate of roadworthiness is valid for only six months.
The renewal of vehicle licences can be done at the licensing and registration authority (Testing stations) and also at the following 18 post offices in the province: Bloemfontein, Bainsvlei, Brandhof, Danhof, Faunasig, Kagisanong, Bethlehem, Botshabelo, Jagersfontein, Kroonstad, Lengau (Kroonstad), and Luckhof, Motsethabong, Sasolburg, Tweespruit, Welkom, Witsieshoek and Marquard post office.
