1. ESKOM MAINTENANCE
Notice is hereby given that there will be an interruption of water supply in Thaba Nchu, due to the planned maintenance by ESKOM on its power supply system. The interruption will take place as follows: Sunday, 28 August 2016, 07H00 AM until 15H00 PM (8 hours); Area affected: Thaba Nchu area.
2. BLOEMWATER WINTER MAINTENANCE
The city’s water supplier, Bloemwater, will also embark on its annual winter maintenance programme, which includes repair work on the Leeukop – Brandkop pipeline. This will result in water interruptions in some areas of Bloemfontein. The interruptions will take place as follows: 31 August 2016 – 01 September 2016; 00H00 – 12H00 (36 hours); Area affected: All regions of Mangaung. All residents, businesses, schools and consumers in the aforementioned area are kindly requested to make the necessary arrangements for gathering water for cooking, washing, cleaning, etc for that period.
