Students from the Central University of Technology (CUT) shut down the institution this morning and joined those from the University of the Free State (UFS) on their march to the Free State Provincial offices in Bloemfontein.

The CUT students first handed over their memorandum of demands to University management.

They expect management to engage the University’s council and respond to their demands by Monday morning.
