Three people have been left injured this morning after a mini-bus rolled off the 703 Soutpan Road in Bloemfontein.
ER24 paramedics, along with other services, arrived and found the minibus lying on its side on the side of the dirt road. Three occupants were found lying outside the vehicle.
Paramedics assessed the patients and found that one man had sustained critical injuries while another man and woman had escaped with only minor injuries.
The critically injured patient was treated for his severe injuries and provided with advanced life support interventions, before he was airlifted by the ER24 helicopter to Pelonomi Hospital for urgent medical treatment.
The two remaining patients were treated for their minor injuries and thereafter transported by ambulance to Pelonomi Hospital for further medical treatment.
The cause of the collision is not yet known but local authorities were on scene for further investigations.
