The year is speeding by, and maybe we can’t even remember why we were so excited for the New Year to come.
 
For some of us 2010 might have been the best year ever and for others the worst. Most of us are already fighting the feeling of being tired and worn out. The worst is that the biggest part of the year is still ahead. Isa 40:31 says that if we wait for the Lord he will renew and strengthen us.

We will run and not be weary, walk and not be faint. What a comforting thought. If we quietly wait on God and spend time with Him we are restored in body, mind and soul

. In our tiredness we struggle to communicate with God. When we get too busy with the world, we lose touch with Our Father and feel overwhelmed. When we are unable to hear the Spirit’s voice we are lost and will struggle to make the right choices. God fills our emotional tank when we feel we are running on empty.
 
It is essential that we will spend time with Him every day. It’s the best vitamin you can take.
