- Mix all the dry ingredients together.
- Add the water and knead to a bread dough.
- Scale into 40g balls and roll out with a rolling pin until thin.
- Put onto a sprayed baking tray and smear with a mixture of water and oil.
- Sprinkle with Maldon salt or garlic salt.
- Bake at 180°C for 8 – 10 minutes until golden brown.
