Tapas 2 (Bubble Bread)


Bubble Bread

500g  bread flour
20g  mixed herbs
5g  salt
5g  sugar
10g  dry yeast
350ml olive oil


  1. Mix all the dry ingredients together.
  2. Add the water and knead to a bread dough.
  3. Scale into 40g balls and roll out with a rolling pin until thin.
  4. Put onto a sprayed baking tray and smear with a mixture of water and oil.
  5. Sprinkle with Maldon salt or garlic salt.
  6. Bake at 180°C for 8 – 10 minutes until golden brown.
