Die Sentraal Gauteng atleet, William Potgieter was egter oor die laaste 200 m te sterk vir Meintjies en het goud om die nek gehang in ‘n haastige 3:52,97. Biggest SA Athletics Championships hit the City of Roses from today

The Free State’s star race walker, Chauke Mthembi, will fight it out for gold at the South African athletics championships for sub-youth, youth juniors and u.23 athletes.
