Sound the alarm for a gospel explosion

Cornerstone Youth Club will be hosting a gospel explosion at the Norman Doubell Hall in Heidedal on 30 April 2017.

Minister Owen Quickly will be heading the show along with Minister Gerald C Julies.

The line-up includes Minister Owen Quickly, who writes his owns songs and has performed nationwide. Cape Town group, Heart of Worship, Lerato Moqabolane, Sampie Quickly and Gerald C Julies will also be performing. Motivational speaker, Minister Caswell Julies, will also add to the event’s packed line-up.

Minister Gerald C Julies will be headlining the show along with Minister Owen Quickly.

Organiser Gerald C Julies says they wanted to create an event that shows people that gospel music does not necessarily belong only to the church, and that non-church goers can also enjoy the music.

Founder of Conerstone Youth Club, Caswell Julies will be a speaker at the event.

“This is open for everybody. We are catering for people that are not really involved in church. We’ll be catering for the old and the young, there’s a variety, and everybody will find themselves at home at this concert, I can guarantee that,” he added.

The concert will start at 17:30. Tickets cost R50 each and can be bought from the artists who will be performing, or call Richard aka Star at 061-768-5875 or Gerald C Julies at 079-609-7953. – Seithati Semenokane
