Smoked chicken filling for hearty pancakes
Nothing says ‘I love you’ like a beautiful home-cooked meal in three courses that took a lot of effort. This week Chef Niemand shares some fabulous recipes for those who dare.
|2||smoked chicken breast fillets, finely chopped|
|Mayonnaise and some sweet chilli sauce (to taste)|
|10||pancakes, cut into heart shapes|
|250g||seasoned cottage cheese|
|raspberries and nectarines|
- Mix the chicken, mayo and sweet chilli sauce. This mixture should not be dry.
- Spread the cottage cheese on the pancakes.
- Layer the pancakes with the lettuce and chicken filling.
- End with a layer of chicken and top with raspberries and slices of nectarine.
