Bloemfontein Celtic will look to bounce back this week following their exit from the MTN Top 8, after losing 4-3 on penalties to Wits on Friday.

The Premier Soccer League kicks off this weekend and Siwelele will be looking to focus on the Championship.

First up, the Bloemfontein side are at home to Black Aces, who also got knocked out over the weekend.

Aces got thumped 4-0 by Kaizer Chiefs at the FNB Stadium in Soweto. In the two other quarter-final fixtures, Platinum Stars stunned PSL Champions, Mamelodi Sundowns 2-1 at Loftus Versfeld, while Orlando Pirates beat SuperSport United 2-1 at the Orlando Stadium in Soweto.

Earlier, Celtic coach, Ernst Middendorp, said they need to get their 2014/15 campaign off to a flying start with a few tough matches in the opening round.

The two sides face each other on Sunday at the Free State Stadium with kick off at 15:00.
