Eunice Primary School: Biathlon
Eunice Primary School’s Marli and Anzel Swiegers, as well as Kristi Marais, participated at the South African National Biathlon Championships in Oudtshoorn. Marli finished 16th in the Girls u.9 division, Anzel finished 6th in Girls u.11, and Kristi finished 27th in the u.11 division.
HTS Louis Botha: Athletics
Lerato Moloi, an athlete at HTS Louis Botha, participated at the Athletics South Africa National Championships in Cape Town, earning himself a bronze medal for his performance in the Men’s u.18 2000m steeplechase.
Primêre Skool Jim Fouché: Gimnastiek
Twee leerders van die Primêre Skool Jim Fouché, Carli van der Merwe en Elij de Reuck, het aan die Central Finity Gymnastics Klub se interne kompetisie deelgeneem. Elkeen het ’n brons medalje ontvang – Carli vir Vlak 2 , en Elij vir Vlak 1.
Grey Kollege Primêr: Swem
Christiaan Pretorius, van Grey Kollege Primêr, het tydens die Suid-Afrikaanse Vlak 2 Streekskampioenskappe in Potchefstroom agt goue medaljes ingepalm, asook een brons. Hy het goud in verskeie items verower – drie goue medaljes vir vryslag, twee vir rugslag, drie vir aflos, en sy brons vir borsslag.
