Residents from Bloemdal and Ferreira should brace for a planned power interruption that is to take place on 8 February from 09:00 to 16:00 or alternately at the same time on 15 February 2024.
According to Centlec, power may be restored without warning at any time during the shutdown.
Should power not be restored within an hour of the scheduled starting time, locals should ignore this notice as the scheduled maintenance has been postponed due to unforeseen circumstances and locals will receive another notice in due course.
Residents are urged to treat installations as live and dangerous.
