Public Protector, Busisiwe Mkhwebane, will today be at the Free State Provincial Legislature at the Southern Life Plaza Building, Bloemfontein, to meet the speaker, Zanele Sifuba.

They will be signing a Memorandum of Understanding.

Meanwhile the meeting will also provide a platform for the Public Protector to explore collaborative efforts between her office and the Legislature of the Free State. Mkhwebane will also meet with provincial executives at the Office of the Premier, Sisi Ntombela, to discuss what is expected of her office, as well as the executive members’ code of ethics.

Yesterday, Mkhwebane visited the township of Dipelaneng in Hobhouse to receive complaints regarding poor service delivery, maladministration, delays in public services, as well as the abuse of power and state resources by government officials.
