Bloemfontein Celtic supporters are known to be some of the most passionate fans in the country. On Saturday 7 April 2018 Bloemfontein Celtic played AmaZulu in the Premier Soccer League. Even though the match ended in a draw with a score of 1 – 1, Celtic supporters were still seen wearing their green-and-white attire. On Monday, two days after the match, Voice spotted a family still wearing Celtic attire. Lydia Matekane and her grandchildren, who are big Celtic fans, were dressed in green and white from head to toe. “We are big Celtic supporters and we love wearing our green-and-white clothes to help build the spirit,” said Matekane.
