Bloemfontein – Bulls flyhalf, Handré Pollard has been selected in the U20 squad to represent South Africa at the 2014 IRB Junior World Championships in New Zealand later this year.
IT’s the third time the flyhalf will play in the tournament, after making his debut for the BabyBoks in 2012, when the side won the Championship in Cape Town.
Hooker Joseph Dweba and scrumhalf Mthokozisi Mkhabela of the Free State and winger Lloyd Greef from the Leopards are the only players from the region to make the predominantly Sharks and Bulls squad.
South Africa will face Scotland, New Zealand and Samoa in the group stages of the JWC.
