Police need assistance in Botshabelo business robbery

Selosesha police are looking for five armed men, after they allegedly robbed a local filling station in Botshabelo in the early hours of Monday morning.

At about 03:10 five alleged robbers arrived at a local filling station driving a white Mercedes Benz C63 AMG armed with rifles and one pistol. Employees were threatened with firearms then the suspects stormed into the shop and allegedly emptied the cash drawer.

Two drop saves were also exploded and an undisclosed amount of money was taken from them. The robbers also instructed the petrol attendant to fill the getaway car with petrol before driving off with the loot.
