Parts of the south in Bloemfontein are currently without power due to vandalised equipment at the Genl De Wet Distribution Center.
According to the power utility, Centlec, the extended power failure is affecting Genl De Wet, Hospitaalpark, Uitsig, Flora, Fauna, Fichardtpark and Vista Park.
“The time estimated for restoration is predicted to be longer than 24 hours. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this outage,” said Centlec.
